Rueben Rolls with Thousand Island Dip

These were so yummy and you can use Light Swiss Cheese and the egg roll wrappers lighten it up instead of bread. Here is the link to the recipe I got off Pinterest I however loosely followed it and made the sauce without hot sauce instead used hot horseradish and dijon mustard, plus I do not exactly measure what I put in and I am a tad heavy handed.http://www.ragester.com/showthread.php?480-Reuben-Rolls  ENJOY!!


Here are some pictures to help with the process and the directions for rolling the egg rolls are on the package. It is easier to have everything laid out to assemble these, and use water to seal up the rolls, you don't want them too full or open seams when you put them in the hot oil!!
